Veteran's Day

I would like to take the time to say thanks to the veterans that are close to me and to all veterans that sacrificed for this country. Jason, my husband, is a veteran of the Marine Corp and served in the first Iraq war and Somalia. Today he was also recognized by his niece and nephew's school during a Veteran's day program. Elli, Cameron, and Baby Cakes; it was so nice of you to honor your Uncle Jason today. It made him really happy.

Thank you to my friend Jamie who served in the Navy. This is her V-day/B-day weekend, so happy birthday to you also. By the way, Jamie will be having a baby boy a few months after my baby arrives. So cool.

Also, thanks to my father-in-law, David, my Uncles, Jamie's dad and brother, and all those who served and are currently serving in the Armed Forces.
